I. Information You Provide to 1-800-DENTIST

VI. De-Identified Information

1-800-DENTIST may:

collect information that is de-identified – i.e., anonymized of personally identifiable detail – at the time of collection; and

Please be aware that your request does not guarantee complete access or removal of your personal information as the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.

X. Miscellaneous

Data Retention. 1-800-DENTIST may retain information for legitimate business needs including, but not limited to: not communicating with you if you have asked us not to; detecting and preventing abuse of our website, illegal activities and breaches of our Terms of Use; and/or complying with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements. When 1-800-DENTIST has no legitimate business need to retain your information, we will either delete it consistent with 1-800-DENTIST data retention and deletion policy or take reasonable steps to de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.
